Ashley Greene is a seasoned educator with over a decade of dedicated service in independent schools. As a passionate diversity practitioner, Ashley has made significant contributions to the field, emphasizing the creation of inclusive spaces and fostering an environment where equity is not just a concept but a lived experience. In her role as a consultant, Ashley has left an indelible mark on schools across both coasts, working tirelessly to instill more equitable practices and policies. Her commitment to modeling and practicing diversity work has been instrumental in shaping the educational landscape and promoting inclusivity.

A prolific writer and thought leader, Ashley has shared her insights and expertise through articles published in the prestigious NAIS (National Association of Independent Schools) magazine.
